DW21 and 5 MPH conditions on two-lane highways only permitted daytime travel.

RESTRICTED TRAVEL: On Red Route Highways, travel is not allowed after 3:00 pm Fridays until Sunrise on Saturday, and from Noon Sunday to sunrise on Monday if dimensions surpass 10 feet wide, 14 feet-6 inches high, or 110 feet in length; and no travel is allowed after 4:00 pm Friday until Monday morning if dimensions exceed 18 feet wide, 18 feet high, or 120 feet in length. If the light is blocked by the height/width of the load, the back of the load should also have a light. “Long Load” sign must be displayed on the rear of combinations exceeding 105 feet on non-Interstate routes and surpassing 120 feet on Interstate routes. Over length load does not need sign if less than 110 feet total overall length.

SEASONAL LOAD (WEIGHT) RESTRICTIONS: Spring defrosts restrictions may occur on some routes approximately February through May. Interstate routes are usually not affected.
